The Essence Of Coaching was started by Gabriella Boudreaux to offer business coaching, life coaching, team development, executive consultation and more.
Gabriella is a Professional Certified Coach through Dream Releaser Coaching and accredited through The International Coach Federation (ICF). She serves as a Founding Member of the Successful Women’s Academy through Valorie Burton Coaching. Gabriella is also a contributing author of "I Command You to Fight: When Giving Up Is Not an Option," available on Amazon.com.
Gabriella has always been passionate about business and leadership. She devoted 15 years to building businesses - from health care companies to a local franchise, knowing what it's like to step out on faith.
Gabriella’s mantra is "Iron sharpens iron…" (Prov. 27:17), making mentoring one of her core values. She mentors others by passing on the lessons learned from this value by leading "Grow" group ministries in the community. Inspiring others with her story and experience, she has been delighted to watch family, friends, and colleagues take a leap of faith in business.
As a “Dream Igniter,” she serves as a catalyst to reclaim and build your dreams towards your God-given purpose. Gabriella’s motivation is to help people live life well...on purpose!
